First couple of weeks working well so far-reduces 'liking' for certain foods like beer

First couple of weeks working well so far-reduces 'liking' for certain foods like beer, tea, lollies etc. and feeling less likely to eat as not feeling like wanting to eat so increases time between meals. Increase need for protein but also increasing exercise as all part of a balanced plan. Slight nausea but more undercurrent than anything else. Noticed change in bowel movements and slight hops taste in mouth but due to the ingredients in the capsule. perhaps 2kg initial loss in 10 days
