What personal information we collect and how we use it

We collect personal information from you in a number of ways, mainly when you buy goods or services and from the way you use our website. When purchasing medicines, we may need to collect information about your existing medical conditions and any medication your doctor has prescribed for you, gender, DOB, address, eligibility for funding for medications purchased, and NHI (National Health Index) number. We will use this information to look after your health and comply with all laws applicable to us. This may mean we have to contact you in certain circumstances that are relevant to your ongoing care (for example, sending you reminders about repeat prescriptions).
