Directions

Adults take 1-5 lozenges daily.Note: whilst it is best to hold the sublingual lozenge in the mouth for as long as is practical to maximise trans membrane absorption, if the lozenge is immediately chewed/swallowed, it will still be passively absorbed similarly to almost all oral B12 supplementation.

High doses of vitamin B12 have not commonly been associated with side effects. However, doses of Xylitol higher than the recommended dose range may result in bloating or diarrhoea in some individuals.
