Gaviscon Chewable Tablets form a protective layer that floats on top of the stomach contents. This layer prevents reflux and keeps the stomach contents away from the lining of the food pipe to relieve the symptoms of heartburn and indigestion.

How to use

For oral administration. Chew thoroughly before swallowing. Adults, including the elderly and children 12 years and over: When symptoms occur take two to four tablets after meals and at bedtime, up to four times a day. Children under 12 years: Should only be given on medical advice. If symptoms persist after 7 days consult your doctor.

Always chew tablets after eating. Be careful to not take certain medication with gaviscon dual action tablets. Check with your pharmacist as it can affect the absorption of your medication.
