Recommended Usage
Take 2 capsules twice daily with water.
Warnings
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily adult dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements. Contains gluten 2.08 mg per capsule. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Avoid taking higher than dietary doses of antioxidant vitamins, A, C, E, betacarotene and N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) as they may inhibit GFD s nutrigenomic effect. Store below 30C away from light and moisture. May be refrigerated.
